irm_magic.py
DESCRIPTION
converts Micromag irm acquisition, backfield to MagIC format file
SYNTAX
irm_magic.py [-h] [command line options]
OPTIONS
-usr USER: identify user, default is ""
-f FILE, specify input irm file, required
-fsi SITEFILE : er_site format input file (for reading location info)
-F FILE, speci,y output file, default is irm_measurements.txt
-Fsp SPECFILE , name of er_specimens.txt file for appending data to
[default: er_specimens.txt]
-spc SPECNAME , specimen name
-sam SAMP, sample name
-sit SITE, site name
-syn SYNTHETIC : synthetic specimen name
-loc LOCNAME : specify location/study name,
should have either LOCNAME or SITEFILE (unless synthetic)
-ins INST : specify which instrument was used (e.g, SIO-Maud,SIO-Boom),default is "unknown"
