litho_pie.py
DESCRIPTION
Makes a pie chart of grades of specimens from given litho/type/class
USAGE
litho_pie.py [-h] [command line options]
OPTIONS
-h prints help message and quits
-f FILE specifies specimen file, default is "thellier_specimens.txt"
-fsp ERSPEC specifies er_specimens.txt file, default is "er_specimens.txt"
-sig SIG significance level
-plt [c,t,l] plot by class, type or lithology, default is type
INPUT
criteria must be stored in optimum_thelpars.txt
